My First book review was an exciting and anxious read for me. Camosun College's paper- Nexus, had a reviewer named Kevin Nelson write about my book. For the most part I am happy with the review. It is mostly encouraging and positive with some criticism that holds some merit. There were many gaps in the review that I guess boil down to space and limits from the paper. Even the fact that the Nexus newspaper was published on November 30th of 2005 slipped the radar as the anniversary of the world changing WTO squirmish. What an emotionally laden experience for me to read the thoughts and impact of a unknown reader! Such intimacy without direct contact! Thus the reality of art and words that are offered to the world for digestion and judgement. Little wonder many artists and writers hide behind glasses and hats.....
